Research and Advocacy: Her research often focuses on the resilience of Black women in senior campus leadership positions She developed the #ResilienceTree model to provide strategies for Black women Deans and Vice Presidents to sustain their roles in higher education. Education: She holds an Ed.D. from Delaware State University, an M.Ed. from Widener University, a master's from Miami University, and a bachelor's degree from Temple University.
